If you have a Sony camcorder with Night Shot™ infrared recording but want brighter images and greater range, check out the HVL-IRH2. It gives you a visible range of up to 65 feet in total darkness. (IR illumination only works with Sony camcorders equipped with Night Shot.)

Plus, the HVL-IRH2 also serves as a regular video light for improving low-light footage in standard recording modes. When installed, the HVL-IRH2 is powered by the camcorder and requires no extra batteries. Works with compatible Sony camcorders equipped with the Intelligent Accessory shoe.
